There are a variety of ways of getting to Valencia, and although one of the quickest and most popular is by flying, travel by train is becoming a popular alternative.
You can also take the ferry from the UK and from the Balearic Islands, take the bus or hire a car and drive to Valencia. We drove from the resort of Altea on the Costa Blanca, (not far from Benidorm) and had a wonderful journey.

For those who hate flying, there are other options to choose from for getting to Valencia.
For example, if traveling from London take the train to Paris. It’s then onto Valencia via the wonderful city of Barcelona.

Travel by ferry to Santander and from there you can take the train or bring your car and drive to Valencia.
