MARATÓN DIVINA PASTORA VALENCIA
17 November 2013
The 33rd edition of the city’s largest race. Thousands of athletes have already registered and will be running across the city to complete the 42-kilometre race.
The circuit begins at the City of Arts and Sciences (where more sporting activities will be taking place) and then onto Valencia’s beaches and the Royal Marina Juan Carlos I. Then along the coast and across the Turia Gardens to the old town.
From here the runners will pass in front of Bioparc and then return to the City of Arts and Sciences.
THE KING’S TOURNAMENT
8 – 24 November 2013
Taking a step back in time and recreating the birth of the Kingdom of Valencia in the 13th century.
A marquee will be erected next to Puente de las Flores.
Paseo Alameda will host the King’s Tournament and there will be jugglers, knights, courtiers and King James I of Aragon.
