Las Fallas de Valencia
Las Fallas is one of the most popular festivals in Spain and includes fireworks, burning of satirical figures, concerts and dancing.
Traditional Valencia foods such as Paella and bunyols are sold on street corners and concerts are held in the Turia Gardens.
