Feria de Julio ~ July Fair
Many of the events are held in the Turia Gardens and the Viveros Gardens (Jardins de Viveros).
International artists and leading figures on the national scene are key to the concert .
Open air cinema, traditional fiestas, sporting events and firework displays take place on the sandy beaches and around the port area of Valencia.

Saturday, 8 July ~ Horchata in Town Hall Square
The Day of Horchata and Chufa is celebrated with various events taking place in the Town Hall Square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento).
- From 11:00 there will be exciting activities, tasting and sale of products made with Chufa, award ceremony Orchater d’Honor 2017 and a show cooking restaurant Pepa Bluespace of Alboraia.
- The main event will be between 18:00 and 19:00, with a collective tasting horchata, followed by a show cooking restaurant Ciriaco, also Alboraia.
- There will also be an exhibition of the machinery used in harvesting tigernut, a recreation of a field of potatoes, horchata workshops and activities for children.

Valencia Festival of Films ~ Film d’Estiu (Summer Films – July to September)
During the warm summer evenings the Turia Gardens hosts open-air film festivals featuring cult and classic films from around the world for you to enjoy.
Tickets are around 3.5 € for one session and 10 sessions cost €22 – with many excellent films (including some in English) along with popcorn, coke and beer.
