Galbis Restaurant Valencia is 30 km from the city of Valencia on the Valencia-Albacete motorway. Famous for their paellas that travel the globe and listed in the Guinness Book of Records for its October 2001 ‘paella valenciana’.
The family started the restaurant in the beginning of the 20th century, in the town of Alcoy. It was their grandma Eulalia Doménech, who reached the banks of the Júcar after the Spanish Conflict in order to open the Casa Galbis de Gavarda, a place often visited by truck drivers and travelers.
In 1963 Antonio the son of Eulalia decided move to Alcúdia and with his sons, he has made Galbis Restaurant Vaelncia one of the best in the area.
