Our Easy Spanish Recipes include various Spanish tapas and marinated olives are always served in tapas bars and very easy to make.
Ingredients- 8 ozs olives (4ozs of black and 4ozs green)
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2-3 teaspoons of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Small wedges of lemon to decorate
Method- Rinse until all brine has been removed.
- Crush together coriander seeds, garlic, parsley, vinegar and olive oil.
- Put olives in a screw top jar and cover with marinade.
- Leave in fridge for 1 week - then eat!
